Anastasia Ershova, recipient of the Nathoo Bursary in 2015

鈥淩eceiving the Nathoo Bursary has made my aspiration of studying Natural Sciences at St John鈥檚 come true 鈥 as well as all the great experiences that come with it! From dropping squash balls into liquid nitrogen in Materials Science practicals to kayaking on the river Cam, setting up a Rubik鈥檚 cube society and attending thought-provoking lectures delivered by Nobel prize winners, this year has been more eventful and exciting than I could have possibly dreamed of it being. I have learnt more things than ever before, and I am very grateful to St John鈥檚 and the Nathoo family for making this possible.鈥
